When you buy from temoorst.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. So, if you need to return a product purchased online with refund of money, we want to make it as easy as possible.
1.1 All the orders will be eligible for return and replacement or refund of money, in case:
1.2 Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes less than Two days, to issue the refund.
1.3 Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. Goods are in the original packaging and unused and full accessories, and we offer you a coupon for the value of the goods exchanged for the next purchase of any goods from the temoorst.com website. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
1.4 You may note that refunds are made in the same manner as you made the purchase or you have the option to accept gift coupons or exchange Product for the amount you had initially paid, as you may choose to specify when you contact our Customer service centre or fill the contact form on the Contact Us page.
1.5 You may also note that refunds made on Knet may take up to Two business days.
2. How to exchange or replace a product? In case of an incident where replacement of online purchase product may be required, please contact our call center team who will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for replacement and/or faulty products. |
